Tomorrow, a new service, which I devoted myself to launch, will start. The service is unique and worth talking about.
However, I have already decided to quit my job after this launch. I'm so tired to keep my motivation, and have no more power to taking effort to get along together with management team and colleagues of my company.
Actually, I have started a job hunting from September, and finally found a place to work. The company is very small. But they have a very strong passion and very precious mission. In addition, the management team of its company have a strong and visible words to influence other people.
That's why I want to work with them.

The crisis is coming, right after our steps.
My colleagues are about to leave the company now.
It is getting very difficult for them to keep their motivation for the work. Unfortunately, they have lost their loyalties toward the company and their boss. They have little emotion about our services no longer.
Me too.
There are no mission and vision in my company, and the management team does not try to see what is happening in their company and employees.
There are no promotion and training, and even a simple words of thanks are not come out from their mouse. Young men/women feels the company treat them as useless employee.
That's terrible situation. But I think it is happened from 3 years ago. How can I do for that? Nothing.
